I think for me the most exciting part or the most rewarding for me has been the people and the interactions. I think if I could have that for a living, meeting interesting people and doing fun things and co-creating.
Problem solving, that’s the most fun. To collaborate and create a solution that endures, saves space, time, money. A more integrated approach to how we do product development with the designer, in the factory, it’s necessary. Collaboration is absolutely necessary for us to create the best product and get it out there as fast as possible.
