Ordering Information
Plural’s written acknowledgment indicates acceptance of the placed purchase order and subject to Plural’s conditions. Review the acknowledgment and notify Plural immediately with any discrepancies in the acknowledgment.
Purchase orders need to provide complete customer contact information including company name, telephone number, contact person, Bill To / Ship To, and Plural product details.
Order Entry
To insure an order is placed with Plural in a timely fashion, please email purchase orders directly to: customerservice@pluralstudios.com Purchase orders need to specify the product name, quantities, dimensions, materials and finishes as well as pricing.
Textiles and Leather
Textiles: Requirements are based on 54” wide plain material. Textiles varying from this dimensions may require a change in yardage requirements.
Leather: Quantity requirements are based on hides averaging 50 – 55 square feet.
COM: In addition to our graded-in textile offering, you may specify any fabric by manufacturer, pattern name, number and color, and we will handle the rest. Your specified textile will be added into a quote with the correct yardage. At the time of order, Plural will order the textile, track the textile shipment, receive, and inspect it. Any textile issues will be managed by Plural and communicated to the you.
Textile Requirements
Yardage requirement online and in the Price List is based on 54” W solid goods. For textiles with patterns, refer to the information below.

Freight
Freight is not included in the product cost. Plural will provide a fixed freight cost at the time of quotation. For a freight quote please contact customerservice@pluralfurniture.com
Plural will ship all furniture orders via Linx Logistics to insure negotiated preferential pricing. All freight charges are for normal delivery to a dock or warehouse, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. Please provide a receiving contact name and phone number.
Docks at the selected delivery location must be equipped to handle a 53’ trailer. If a dock is inadequate for delivery by Plural, Plural will need to re-deliver to another local location and any additional costs will be charged to you.
