Warranty
The original purchaser of Plural Studios product is protected against defects of materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years, from date of delivery. Foam is warrantied for a period of five (5) years, and electrical components are covered for a period of one (1) year.
During the warranty period Plural will repair or, at its option replace free of charge, products that are proven to be defective.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, tampering or negligence, or wear and tear on finishes and/or materials. Wood furniture is made of raw materials with natural variations. Among wood species, differences in grain and color are due to the natural character of wood and are not within the control of Plural, and are not considered defects in this warranty. Textiles and leathers are not covered by this warranty. Please check with the textile manufacturer for their warranty and appropriate cleaning instructions.
In addition to our standard furniture offering, Plural Studios also manufactures custom product solutions for specific needs. Custom product solutions are warrantied for a period of one (1) year against defects in materials of workmanship.
Plural Studios is committed to the complete satisfaction of our customers with our products and performance. If a problem arises with a Plural product after the expiration of the warranty period, Plural will exercise its best efforts to achieve your satisfaction in a manner that is fair to all concerned.
